Many people get started in Network Marketing without communication skills, without marketing knowledge, without any understanding of personal development, without leadership experience and without any prior business expertise. In fact, I would say most. It has only really been in relatively recent time that some really amazing training has started to come to the industry which is really super exciting to me. And so many companies are now turning to Network Marketing as a legitimate means of bringing their product and/or service to the marketplace. But this is not going to be an article about how awesome our industry is – you already knew that so I would be preaching to the converted. Today I’m going to talk about how much it truly doesn’t matter where you start from, you can absolutely be a rock star in your company. And faster than you think.
I would say now more so than ever before our industry is starting to attract more professionals. Doctors, Dentists, Lawyers. So many are now fully understanding and appreciating how much simpler, how much easier and how much more lucrative and rewarding Network Marketing is. And what better credibility can we receive than from someone most of society trusts deeply. We don’t have the enormous insurance bills they do. We don’t come with the hours, the stress, the risks that they deal with on a daily basis. What a gift, right?
The gift equally applies on the opposite end of the spectrum. We work with practically anyone (we of course get to choose), irrespective of race, religion, education, background, family history, sexual orientation and on we can go. You can even have served time in prison – it just doesn’t matter. We give everyone who wants it a second chance. What a truly wonderful and amazing gift to give anyone.
Now in my 24 years in the industry, I’ve seen all manner of successes. I’ve seen stay at home Mums succeed. Doctors. Masseuses. Musicians. Actors. Doctors. Property Developers. Travel Agents. You name it. Isn’t that a relief?
So what’s the common denominator? There are no secrets – it’s consistency, hard work, dedication and mindset. Simple as that. No ‘secret sauce’ here. You can absolutely succeed from right where you are right now. You see it matters not whether you come from Yale or Jail – if you are willing to do the work, take on the training, work your plan consistently and diligently and absolutely use the Law of Attraction to your benefit, you can with certainty achieve the success you see those on stage at your company conventions achieving.
