Not sure where you are located in reading this, however it’s become obvious to our Government here in Australia that mental health is and will continue to become a real issue as we move through this lockdown period. People losing their jobs and income. Mums struggling with coming up with constant ways of entertaining kids’. Families unable to physically be together. All of our lives have quite literally been turned upside down. But how very grateful I am to have a home-based business at this time. Recently, I posed the question to my FB friends’ on what they are doing to maintain their mental health and wellbeing and I thought I would #sharethelove here. Hope you find it helpful. And please – share it on if you think someone you know and love could benefit. We are all in this together. And yes – I apologize if you have seen this already on a FB Live. I think reminders of good stuff are always needed.
